Shipping Policy
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please confirm the shipping fees displayed at checkout.
In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
In the case of initial defects or defective shipped products, we will bear the cost.
About Shipping Methods
The shipping method will be designated by us, and customers generally cannot choose their preferred method.
As a general rule, we do not accept requests for specific delivery dates, times, or unattended delivery.
If you wish to specify a delivery date or time due to special circumstances, please contact us via the inquiry form, providing your order number and request.
In addition, some products are heavy and may require pickup at a sales office. Please check the product page for details.
Delivery Days
To ensure reliable delivery to our customers, we use shipping methods with tracking numbers.
Shipments will be completed within 3 business days from the date of order (excluding weekends, public holidays, New Year's holidays, Obon, and Golden Week).
Generally, delivery takes 2 to 3 days after shipment. (For remote islands, it may take 3 to 4 days.)
You can check the tracking number in the shipping notification email, so please check your email.
Please note that this may not apply to areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, some products may be out of stock or made-to-order, meaning they are produced after your order is placed. In such cases, it may take 1 to 4 months from the time of your order. Thank you for your understanding.
Damage During Shipping
While we take every precaution to prepare packages without scratches or dents on the product or outer box, there is a possibility of damage during transit due to unforeseen issues or the responsibility of the shipping company after handover.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor scratches or dents on the outer box that do not impede the use of the main product.
About Customs Duties
When shipping products overseas, customs duties may be incurred. Customs duties are the responsibility of the purchaser (DDU) and should be paid upon receipt of the product from the delivery company.
In the unlikely event that the product is returned because the purchaser does not pay customs duties for their own reasons, the return shipping fee and re-shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
