Achieving a low mount depends on the shape of the brackets that connect the rack to the mounting surface (roof). Roof racks are parts that are attached to the outside of the vehicle and, due to their nature of carrying cargo, require brackets that can securely fasten the rack at a low mounting position while ensuring strength. This style is only achievable because SPIELER designs its products leveraging its in-house sheet metal processing expertise.

This time, for the first time, we adopted aluminum pipes for the bars connecting the left and right sides.
Originally, as a company specializing in sheet metal processing, we could have used sheet metal, but why pipes?
Sheet metal processing, while relatively inexpensive for materials if steel is used, requires more labor. Therefore, we opted for aluminum pipes to reduce weight and cost, and for rust prevention.
Furthermore, when selecting aluminum pipes, we couldn't find a shape that we thought was ideal for ease of use. So, we decided to make our own! We designed the aluminum pipe shape from scratch and produced completely original aluminum pipes.
SPIELER's pipes are designed so that M6 bolts and nuts can pass through all four sides – top, bottom, left, and right.
They pass through from end to end, allowing for freely adjustable securement to match the width of the cargo you want to load.
